

Ed Perschbacher
Edwin (Ed/Eddie) S. Perschbacher, 67, passed away on March 4, 2026. Ed was born April 21, 1958, in Colorado Springs, CO. He was the eldest son of Edwin J. and Shirley Perschbacher. Ed and his only sibling, Eric, grew up in Manitou Springs, CO. Ed graduated from Manitou Springs High School in 1976.
Ed was an active man who truly loved the great outdoors. He enjoyed water sports. Ed would host numerous friends on his jet boat. In their younger years, Ed and Eric would spend hours boating and jet skiing at the lake with friends. Ed loved cars and owned several vehicles. He enjoyed everything from classic cars to jet boats, jet skis, and dirt bikes. He was active with The Good Guys Car Shows. He enjoyed exploring the mountains in his Razor. He even enjoyed gardening and landscaping. Ed was a social person and greatly valued his friends. A good time was always had by all!
Ed worked at Western Forge for over 25 years. He then took a position at Mountain View Electric, where he worked until his passing.
Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin J. Perschbacher and Shirley Jean Irwin, and his partner of over 15 years, Cynthia (Cindi) Sanders, who passed on April 27, 2023.
Ed is survived by his brother, Eric Perschbacher, his dear friend, Laurie Mayer, his cousins, John (Michelle) Perschbacher, Mary Ellen (Richard) Hornbacher, Donna (Leo) Schults, Allana (Joseph) Reider, Michelle Marie Kinney, Cindi’s German Shepard, “Dasher”, and countless good friends.
A celebration of the life of Ed Perschbacher will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at 3622 Bar 10 Rd, Calhan, CO 80831.
