What a beautiful life she lived. She was such a sweet soul. Although, I only had the pleasure of meeting her a few times in Florida, each time she was always smiling. I remember us talking for hours while sitting in the ocean and soaking up the sunshine on our faces. I’m so very sorry for your loss. Much love and prayers to the entire Mitchell family. I love you all dearly!!! Heaven gained an angel, and Ellie will always be watching over us all❤️

I will miss our dear cousin.  The six of us girl cousins had a very close bond and will miss her so very much.   Mike Jeff ,and Danny you had such a special bond with your mom she loved you so very much.   Our talks were always about our kids our illness and the grand kids. Our love to you all. My husband, Stanley,  and his Mother, Kay, worked for Ellie in the Election Department of the El Paso County Clerk and Recorders Office.  Both of them always had fond memories of Ellie.  Recently, Stan and I would see Ellie at King Soopers, and we would have a nice chat about her family.  She was so proud of them.  She will be missed.  My sincere condolences to her family.

She taught me so much! I appreciated her wisdom, patience and radiant smile every day we shared together at the EPC Clerk & Recorder's Office. She will always be in my thoughts and prayers. What a wonderful gift she was to all who knew her. May she rest in peace and may perpetual light always shine upon her.  She will be greatly missed!

Mike, Jeff, Dan, and families,
I am heartfully sorry about your mother's passing, she was an amazing, incredible lady with a fantastic sense of humor.  I am blessed to have known her, your father, and each of you since we were little. 
I treasure my solo trip to Colorado during a college spring break because I had the pleasure of staying with your mom and hanging out with her and seeing you all.
Your mom was truly incredible and so very proud of each of you and your families and rightfully so. She will be greatly missed but her spirit will live on in all she touched.  May she be at peace and in the arms of your dad now as they will watch over you.

November 21 dinner at my home with Sandy, Tim, Ellie, and Billie.  We laugh and laughed the entire evening...just being silly....they left laughing!  A memory I know we will cherish a long long time.  Such a joy and brightness in her heart....love radiated with and through Ellie.

What a beautiful women!  One of my favorite memories of Christmas Eve was going to Ellie’s!  We were always greeted with the best hug!  So many fun memories from that one night year after year!  Of course as a kid you looked forward to present time and Ellie ALWAYS had something special for you under the tree. She most certainly will always be in my heart.
