Elma was born May 1, 1936 in West Virginia to Velma and Creed Cool.

Elma is survived by her sons, Anthony "Tony" Cucuzza (Judy); and son Patrick "Chip" Cucuzza (Christy); sisters, Martha Klammer and Janey Winterfield and brother, John "Sonny" Cool.

Elma was preceded in passing by her by daughter, Patricia Cucuzza and son, Jerome Cucuzza; father Creed Cool and mother Velma Cool.

Elma is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
