Elsie impressed me when I was 7-8 yrs old ( I am now 72). My father William Bill Trojanovich was a first cousin to Elsie. I was allowed to stay with Ed & Elsie for a period of time. I had a new doll and Elsie sewed clothes for my doll, crochet accessories and made a doll bed which was especially special to my impressionable mind. I still have the items but the doll is deteriorating . But my memories of staying with Elsie will never fade - she was special

I met Elsie when I was 9. She was my next door neighbor. I'm now 28 and I live 3 doors down from her home today. We kept on contact and she remembered me when I visited her and she met my 2 daughters recently. She loved having them around because they are "so cute". My daughter's loved her dog Louie! She will be greatly missed. <3
