

Beanie was born on May 1, 1947, in Amalia, New Mexico, to Angelita and Frank Sanchez. Throughout her life, she carried with her the values instilled by her upbringing and her unwavering faith.
A woman of deep devotion, Beanie found great solace and strength in her Christian faith. She was a member of New Life Church, where she worshipped regularly until her health did not allow. Her Bible was a constant companion, and reading it brought her immense joy and peace.
Beanie had a creative soul that shone through her love for crafting. Whether it was creating something beautiful with her hands or sharing her creations with others, crafting was one of the many ways she expressed herself. Her hobbies reflected her thoughtful nature and the care she poured into everything she did.
Above all else, Beanie’s greatest pride and joy were her children. She is survived by her daughter Loriann Torres and her son Michael Lopez, who will forever cherish her in their hearts. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Mario Becerra, Marissa Swick, Desire Lopez, Mariah Lopez and Xavier Vialpando and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Juvera, as well as her parents, Angelita and Frank Sanchez, her siblings, Barbara Wisecup, Urban Sanchez, Betty Martin and Dee Dee Sanchez. Their memories remained close to Beanie’s heart throughout her life.
Florence Marvine "Beanie" Juvera will be remembered for her steadfast faith, creative spirit, and boundless love for her family. May those who knew and loved her find comfort in the cherished memories they shared with this remarkable woman.
A Visitation will be held from 10:00AM-12:00PM, with a Funeral Service to follow from 12:00PM-1:00PM, on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Chapel of Memories, 829 South Hancock Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 2:00PM at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
