Frances Ellen Carley went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. She was surrounded by her loving family. Fran was born, raised, and lived in Des Moines, Iowa most of her life. She moved to Colorado Springs 6 years ago.
Fran is survived by two children, Denise Hatfield of Colorado Springs and Michael Carley of Des Moines, Iowa; brother David Dwyer of North Carolina; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
