Sam was a successful real estate developer and when not focused on business was passionate about golf. He had an infectious sense of humor and was caring and giving, as was evident by his numerous and close circle of friends. He was kind and generous and lived life to its fullest.
Sam leaves a legacy to his wife, Jeanette, of 34 years and two loving daughters, Kristi (Kevin) Leonard, Ashley (Matthew) Cordova, a grandson, Matthew, 7 siblings: Sharon, Peggy, Patty, Shirley, Tom, Jamie, and Jackie. He also leaves his mark on all his numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Lung Association or the Pikes Peak Hospice.
Memorial Services will be First Christian Church, 16 E. Platte, Colorado Springs on Monday Sept. 26 at 11:00 a.m.
