Gari Merrill (DJ Lillith, DJ Gari Sama), well known local DJ in Colorado Springs and extremely talented guitarist for the local band Please Stand By, was hit extremely hard with Covid. Unfortunately, he lost his fight with the virus and left us to sleep forever in peace.
Gary touched the hearts of so many in this community and was well loved and admired. He loved life, music and art. As well as an extremely talented guitarist, he was an excellent artist and a Pillar in the Goth Community. His talent was great, his heart was full of love, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Gary was preceded in death by his Mother, Eleonore Merrill and his Father Loren Merrill. Surviving family members include his two wonderful sons Nick and Connor Merrill, his lovely wife Luna Eveland Merrill, his sister Lonie Grob, Niece Jackie Grob and nephew Robert Grob.
