A Homemaker, Gladys was born December 16, 1925 in Salida, Colorado and has been a long time resident of Colorado Springs.
Her interests included a love of bowling, which included having served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Springs Bowling Association, as well as a love of Golf and playing Bridge.
Gladys was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Joe D. MacKeen, Sr., and her son Andy MacKeen.
She is survived by a son, Joe (Chris) MacKeen, Jr. of Lubbock, Texas and a sister, Mary Ellen McMillan of Colorado Springs.
A. visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 9th from 3:00 – 5:00 PM with Funeral services on Thursday November 10, 2016 at 10:00 AM, both at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery, Colorado Springs. Private Interment will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
