He was survived by his older brother Rod Francis (Jane), older sister, Linda Francis, younger sister, Janet Dawson (James), nephew’s, Josh and Chad Francis (Catherine), niece, Adrianna Dawson, and great niece’s Marissa and Hailey Francis. Also, there are a myriad of aunts, uncles and cousins in Colorado Springs, and Pikeville Kentucky.
Preceded in death by his parent’s Johnie and Pauline Francis and older sister Rita Savio.
