Gregory Louis Phelan

Greg is survived by his wife Connie L. (Thomason) Phelan, Children; Louis M. Phelan (fiancé Sarah) and Lindsay M. Callahan (husband Adam), and Brother Bill Phelan (wife Lori). Greg is preceded by his parents Louis D. Phelan and Faye B. Phelan.

Greg held many jobs, his favorite was umpiring High School Baseball and Fast pitch softball which took him around the country. When his health no longer allowed him to spend his time behind home plate, he began golfing in leagues where he rarely missed a game rain, snow or shine. He also enjoyed collecting and working on his cars (Corvettes) and spending time with his family, hosting as many holiday dinners as he could at his home where all were welcome to join. Greg was always available to help family and friends with household projects as long as they didn’t interfere with the Detroit Lions or Denver Broncos football games.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday October 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church 574 8th Street Calhan, CO.
