She was born at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs and has lived here all her life. She is survived by her son, Patrick and his wife, Linda, and by 2 grandchildren, Gina Nicole Trent and Shannon Patrick Adams. Another son, Michael, died in infancy. She will be missed by several nieces and nephews and the best of friends.
She was employed with Alexander Film, ARADCOM, U.S. Government and worked 17 years for School District Eleven.
Hazel was a member of First United Methodist Church. She will be buried beside her husband, Bill, following a graveside service which will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday October 27, 2016, at Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs.
