Ina Maja Miller

June 25, 1948 to November 13, 2011

To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

Ina was born in Stuttgart, Germany to Bruno and Elsa Arnold. When Ina was four she immigrated to the United States with her parents, grandmother (Anna Heiffner) and aunt (Johannah Heiffner). Ina grew up in Chicago, moved to Michigan in her mid-twenties, and finally to Colorado in her thirties.

In the early 80’s, Ina met her husband, (Larry Miller) and they married in 2005. Together they enjoyed traveling, four-wheeling, and spending time with friends and family. They also enjoyed attending services at the “Church on the Ranch.” Ina spent the first part of her career in credit collections and the second half as a message therapist.

Ina is preceded in death by her parents, sister (Regina , who died at age four), her aunt and uncle. She is survived by her husband, Larry Miller, daughter Annette Pater (Ed), son, Michael Miller (Verna) and four grandchildren: Anna Pater, Erin Pater, Emily Pater and Reid Miller.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, “Church on the Ranch” at the Flying W Ranch, 3330 Chuck Wagon Rd., Colorado Springs.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ina Miller’s name to the “Church on the Ranch” 5801 N. Union Blvd., Suite 105, Colorado Springs, CO 80918.
