Jack Ronald Fontenot 82 of Casa Grande, Arizona formerly of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on January 1, 2016. Jack was born August 30, 1933 in Deridder, Louisiana to Terres and Annabel Fontenot. Jack is survived by the love of his life, Anetia Fontenot and their two daughters, Sarah Radtke and Ronda Yancey as well 1 granddaughter and 2 great granddaughters. A Celebration of Life will be held, Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO. 80910. Jack will be laid to rest at Memorial Gardens Cemetery following services.
