Jason was the strongest and kindest person that you would ever meet. Jason touched the hearts of many with his friendship, sense of humor, and willingness to help anyone. Jason endured a lot of health challenges but would very seldom ever complain. Jason would always meet you with a smile and kind words. Jason loved his family dearly and was happy to spend time with them as often as possible. At age four, Jason battled childhood Leukemia (ALL) and went through a bone marrow transplant at the age of five. Jason had a fifteen percent of surviving the transplant. His parents and family were so grateful for the wonderful thirty-three additional years.
Jason will be reunited in heaven with his Grandfather Ray Caveza, Grandmothers Wanda Hughes and Ann Adams, Uncles Ray Jr. and Ted Hughes.
A memorial will be planned in the spring. We would like to thank you all for all you love and support through all the years.
