Jennifer Burows

Jennifer Lynn Rigsby Burows, of Pueblo West, CO, died unexpectedly on August 16, 2020 with her husband William (Bill) Burows. Jennifer and Bill were recently married on June 20, 2020 and she was excited to spend the rest of her life with him.

Jennifer was born January 3, 1981, in Cottonwood, Arizona. She graduated from Mingus Union High School in 2000.

Jennifer worked as a civilian employee for the Department of Defense. She dedicated the last 15 years of her life to taking care of soldiers, veterans, and their families. She took pride in what she did.

Jennifer enjoyed the outdoors. Hiking, swimming, and boating were her favorite activities. She loved to gather with friends and family. Her two sons were her most precious accomplishment.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, Michael Rigsby and her mother, Marcia Wiley.

She leaves behind her sons Tyler Pearson and Tristyn Pearson, her brother, Michael Love, her sisters Mitzie Kinsella, Circe Mattison and Brianne Williams, several nieces and nephews, and many friends.

A celebration of life is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 10 am, at Mountain View Mortuary, 2320 Montebello Square Drive, Colorado Springs, CO. Due to COVID-19, attendance is being limited to family and close friends.
