Jenny Jean Newport, 26 years old, of Colorado Springs, CO passed away on December 28th at Memorial Hospital. Jenny graduated from Mitchell High School in 2002 and had worked for Westone Laboratories for the past 7 years.
She will be terribly missed by her father and stepmother, Gary and Sandy Newport, of Monument and her mother and stepfather, Maureen and Monroe Lubin of Colorado Springs. Her fiancee Ian Correll, 2 brothers, Miles and Sean Newport, and her stepbrother, Paul Lubin also of Colorado Springs and anyone else, who has ever had the pleasure of meeting her will always remember her.
Services will be held Monday, January 3rd, 2011 at 2pm at Mountain View Mortuary located at 2350 Montebello Square Drive, CS. Her family requests that due to her deep love of animals, in lieu of flowers, they would appreciate donations be made in her memory to HSPPR, 610 Abbott Lane, Colorado Springs, CO 80905.
