Jim is survived by his daughters; Kathy Akers (Larry), Sandy Stark and Dawn Moore (Ray); sister, Ethelene Stark; grandchildren Tawni, Jeff, Brooke, Grant, Luke, Micah and Mark.
Jim was preceded in passing by his wife, Velma Stark; father, Newton Stark and mother, Laura Stark; his sister Macie Stark.
Jim is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Jim was married just under 70 years to the love of his life, his precious wife, Velma, before death separated them.
Jim was a very generous man of high moral standards who was always willing to help anyone with a need. He was a master carpenter whose motto was "measure twice, cut once."
We are comforted knowing he is with God and wrapped in His love.
A memorial service for family will be held at Pikes Peak Primitive Baptist Church, 1201 W Pikes Peak Ave, Colorado, Colorado 80904.
