Joyce was previously owner of the Hideout lounge. She was a long time resident of Colorado Springs. She loved Colorado. Joyce loved people and spent many years making friends as a cosmetologist in beauty shops around town including her own. In addition she spent many years building her fan base as “the favorite” bartender in many Westside bars. She is greatly missed, and will be for a very long time.
She’s survived by her sister Sandy, daughters Sandi and Christina, and six grandchildren, Shawn, Alec, Sebastian, Nathaniel, Gabriel and Toliver.
Visitation will be Friday, September 10, 2010 from 10am to 2:00pm at Mountain View Mortuary 2350 Montebello Square Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80918. Celebration of Life services will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 2:00pm Mountain View Mortuary
