She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Jean Rafuse; her husband, Jim Tarr; Her sisters, Janis and Joan and her grandson, Brandon Bias.
She is survived by her son, Trenton Bias, Jr. and her daughter, Misty (Dwight) Williams; grandchildren, Trenton Bias, III, Amber Tipton, Ryan and Shaylyn Williams; great-granddaughter, Rayna; Brother, Jimmy (Reba) Rafuse; several nephews and nieces, including close niece, Joy Johns (Chris Ramos) and a friend and caregiver to the end, Elaine Barker.
She will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 9:30 AM.
