Joyce Marie Trent

Joyce Marie (Biehler) Trent was born in White City, Kansas on September 28, 1941 to William and Thelma Biehler. She grew up in Herington, Kansas. Joyce passed away on June 25, 2016 in Colorado Springs.

She moved to Colorado Springs in 1960 and began a career as a dental assistant until she met and married Danny Trent. They had three children together and Joyce stayed home with the children until they began school. It was then that she began a career with Pikes Peak Association of Realtors as a Professional Standards Coordinator and worked there until her retirement.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jerry and sister Marilyn. She is survived by her loving husband Dan and three children Don (Mary) Trent, Dottie (Greg) Kerkman and Janet (Jeff) Peterson and the grandchildren Michael, Daniel, Ryan, Sarah, Morgan, McKenzie, Grace, Trent, Tristan and Riley.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs, Colorado. The funeral service is planned for Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11:00, at Swan-Law Funeral Directors Cascade Chapel.
