Dear Wally, Rose, Kim and family -- I have just learned about you losing Kate. Please accept my most heartfelt, belated condolences. She was an adorable package of joy, and will continue to be a light in my memory of those I have taught. Indeed, I share precious memories of your family in the lives and talents of both Kate and Fred. Please know that, over the years, I have always prayed for your family, and will continue to do so. May the promises of Christ console and keep you until His face is revealed.

To the Banzhaf family. We were so shocked to hear of Kate's death. Please accept our sincere sympathy at her loss, taken so suddenly and too soon. We met Kate several times while she was in New Zealand with our nephew, Lincoln and found her to be very interesting to talk to and easy to get on with. We are thinking of you at this sad time. Love and hugs from Fran and David Aitken, New Zealand
