Kathleen Rae Sickich, 75 passed away peacefully on October 25, 2015 in Colorado Springs, CO. “Kay” was born in Missoula, Montana on January 20, 1940. Kathleen joins her Husband Joe, Daughter Debbie, Son Ardy and Great Granddaughter Novalee in Heaven. She is survived by her Son Jeff Sickich and 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Kay wants to be remembered for her services with Boy Scouts of America, her involvement in Head Start and Day Care. Kay loved her children and other children as well. She was described as a very nurturing mother. She enjoyed cleaning the dance floor with her Husband Joe. She was known for the polka, 2 step and several other favorite dances. Kay enjoyed the Eagles Fraternity for over 25 years and bowling with friends.
A Visitation will be held, Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Funeral Services at 12:00 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Spring, CO. 80910. A Reception will be held at the Eagles at 1830 N. Academy Blvd, #A, Colorado Spring, Co. 80909 on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Kay will be laid to rest Monday, November 2, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
