Spent his childhood playing with trucks and fishing with his dad and brothers. A dedicated outdoorsman who loved fishing, camping and hunting. He had a passion for cooking especially a good BBQ. Served in the United States Army. Retired from Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI.
He was preceded in death by his father, Orin Boyd Nelson. He is survived by his mother, Inez (Taylor) Nelson, his brothers Richard Nelson, Stephen Nelson, Glen Nelson, his sisters Cynthia (Jim) Bonkowski and Ruthann (Domingo) Ruiz, many cousins, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
He will be laid to rest at
