January 19, 1932 – April 2, 2016
Lila died peacefully in the loving care of the Cripple Creek Care Center. She was married on June 10, 1951, to Roy H. Stoller in Burlington, Iowa. Roy and Lila moved to Colorado Springs in 1965 and after both retired from School District 11, moved to Lake George in 1995. Her profession and passion was teaching grade school, especially Kindergarten. She will always be remembered for the loving and kind spirit that she displayed. Lila was baptized on March, 16, 1991, as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and loved to talk to people about the Bible and the wonderful promise of living forever on a paradise earth that it holds out for everyone. She had a firm belief in the resurrection hope, and so it is that we are not really saying good-bye to her but "until we meet again.”
In lieu or flower’s, donations can be made to the Cripple Creek Care Center.
