Margaret Mary Spellman

Margaret graduated from Palmer High School in 1945. She married Roy J. Spellman, Sr. on July 31, 1945 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Colorado Springs. Roy preceded Margaret in death in 2008.

Margaret worked at Emerson Electric for 11 ½ years and retired from Hewlett Packard after 21 ½ years. She enjoyed reading, traveling, genealogy research, and living in Colorado. Margaret also volunteered at Harrison School District 2 helping in the Science Resource Center.

Margaret is survived by her daughter; Carol Jean Dulaney, sons; Roy J. Spellman (Pauline) and Donald Ray Spellman (Becky), grandchildren; Lisa Keller (Shawn), Thomas Spellman, Katie Kessler (Marc), great grandchild; Ethan, and many nieces and nephews.

Parents of Margaret, Merle Lee Alger and Mary Ann Evango Alger, preceded her in death. Sister of Margaret, Anna Mae Alger Kochis, also preceded her in death.

Interment will be at Eastonville Cemetery
