Marge Temple

Marge was born on January 15, 1955 in Loveland Colorado to Paula and William Firebaugh. She grew up in Fort Collins and the family later moved to Colorado Springs where she attended East Jr. and Wasson High School. She attended banking college in Albuquerque NM and worked her way up from Teller to Vice President of the formerly known United Bank in Colorado Springs. She later went on to be the accounting manager of Firebaugh Precast. Her various work friends and relationships became lifelong cherished connections.

Marge met her future husband Bill Temple in 1977 through close friends and they were married at Four Square Church on July 21,1979 in Colorado Springs. Together they raised two children, Amy and Joshua. She was a fan of live music, Broncos Football, and Avalanche Hockey. Attending concerts and games became a family tradition that will forever hold a special place for the family. Regular trips to the Colorado mountains for skiing, camping, or to see the aspens turn were among her favorite getaways. It was her life’s aspiration to retire to the mountains and she was able to fulfill that dream and spend her days in the pines of Cascade, CO.

Marjorie was preceded in passing by her father William, mother Paula, and husband Bill. She is survived by her sister Cindy, brother Steve, her children Amy, Josh, and Josh’s wife Katie along with her three grandchildren Connor, Lily, and Beckett.

A funeral service will be held at Swan Law funeral home on Friday the 18th at 11:00am. Friends and acquaintances are encouraged to attend the visitation, also at Swan Law Funeral home, with the Temple family Thursday the 17th between 4-8:00pm as seating for the Friday service will be extremely limited.
