Maria Isabel Gianni “Chabela”, age 80, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Great-Great Grandmother and friend to many passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. She was born on November 5, 1940, in Santa Maria del Oro, Durango, Mx., the eldest of six children. Maria Isabel leaves behind her children Ernesto, Jesus, Rose, Marie, Toni and thirty-four grandchildren. Isabel was a very strong, hard-working woman, with a giving heart. She enjoyed the outdoors specifically fishing, grilling, and camping, she was no stranger to making anything out of fabric if you needed it. We will all be warm with her love with the blankets or scarves she crocheted or sewed for us. If you showed her kindness, she would return it tenfold. No doubt will she be forever in our hearts and a guiding light to all of those who loved her. Que dios nos bendiga y nos llene de bendiciones.
