

She was born September 13, 1935 to George H. Seymour and Gladys I. (Wilson) in Fountain and grew up on the farm. She married her husband (George Baker) October 8, 1952 and lived in the Fountain area till her death. She was a housewife, worked at Barney’s Grocery store, and Safeway’s. In her spare time she passionately worked in her yard and over the years had many beautiful flowers. She and George owned the Lazy F-Y café and the Baker & Baker Custom Slaughter.
She is survived by her Son Dwane (Cindy) her daughters Marsha (Earl Taylor) Diana (James Anderson) Lillian (Ken Contreras) 19 grandchildren, 65 great –grandchildren, 23 great-great –grandchildren, 1 great-great-great-grandchild. Brother Don Seymour, Sister Jeanie Dunkel, and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death were her parents, her husband, 2 sisters, 1 brother, and 1 great-granddaughter.
Memorial Contributions to Hanover Fire Department, and Fountain Valley Historical Society.
Memorial Service will be Saturday , April 22, at 11:00 am at Hanover Fire Station #2, at 13325 Old Pueblo Rd, Hanover.
