McMillan “Mac” Kihamahana passed peacefully into eternal rest April 4, 2020. He has rejoined his beloved wife Miya to begin their next adventure together. Mac was born in Oahu, Hawaii and moved to Colorado Springs with his wife in 1962. He became a member of The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers in June 1964 and retired in February 1995. He became a 50 year/life member in June 2014. He was from the generation that was proud to be a union member and continued paying his dues.
Mac enjoyed everything sports! He played basketball in high school and has championship medals. He has always loved dancing, even hula dancing, the outdoors, camping, fishing and was able to the attend the Senior Open at The Broadmoor.
Mac is preceded in death by wife Miya. He is survived by his daughter Teresa Crumb of Colorado Springs, CO., Son-in-law William Crumb of Colorado Springs, CO. Three grandchildren, Ashley Morris, Hinesville, GA and Jeremy Haberer, Colorado Springs, CO Jessica Crumb, Colorado Springs, CO.
He was also so very blessed to be a great grandfather “G-Pop to 6 beautiful children, Parker Haberer, Carter Smith, Avery Haberer, Brock Haberer, Brecken Morris, and Miya Morris.
Service will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at River Rock Church 4135 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Diabetes Association or the The National Kidney Foundation.
