Miki was born January 14, 1945 in Denver to J. Edgar and Ruth A. Tice.
She is survived by her husband Joseph, children John Fabac and his wife Jennifer, Marianne Cole and her husband Tim, Michael Fabac and his wife Debra, grandchildren Joshua Cole and his wife Anna, Amber Cole and her fiancé Luke Ott, and siblings Rosemary Vuxinic and her husband Matt and Paul Tice and his wife Jan.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jerry.
Miki was an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and owned her own tax preparation business before retiring in 2015.
