Colorado Springs resident for 49 years peacefully passed on April 18, 2018, at his home.
Brother Symonette served in the United States Army as a medic and was a Vietnam Veteran. He is retired from Lockheed Martin and served as the Pastor’s Steward, Sunday School teacher as well as in other ministries at Payne Chapel AME Church, in Colorado Springs.
Brother Symonette was a loving husband to his wife of 49 years –Lonzie, a caring father to his two daughters, Erika and Stephanie, and a doting grandfather to his grandson, Alexander.
Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., at Payne Chapel AME Church, 3625 Marion Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80915, Rev. Arthur B. Carter Jr., Pastor.
Wake Services will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Payne Chapel AME Church, 3625 Marion Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.
