Loved and admired for her sharp mind and quick wit. She was a devoted caregiver for 18 years for her husband Paul DeVoe. Onda was a strong woman who never faltered and a role model for the whole family.
Onda is preceded in death by her husband Paul DeVoe.
Onda is survived by her daughter Marcia DeVoe and her son Todd DeVoe. Three Granddaughters Chelsea Reyes, Kim Smith, and Sierra Whalen, and seven great grandchildren.
