Patsy Edna Tierney

With deep love and sorrow, the family of Patsy Edna Tierney announces her passing. Patsy was preceded in death by her father Phillip Baca, her beloved husband Larry Gene Tierney, and her precious grandchildren Avante and Aubriana.

She is survived by her loving mother Beatrice Baca; sisters Barbara, Joyce, and Phyllis; brothers Alfred and Phillip Jr.; children Melissa Huffman (Tierney), Kimberly Myers (Tierney), and Jennifer Tierney; and her many treasured grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Patsy attended The Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind in Colorado Springs, proudly graduating in 1970. She was known for her passion for cooking, her deep devotion to caring for her family, and her love of Bible study. With a kind and gentle heart, paired with a spirited touch of sass, Patsy had a smile that could brighten any room. She was a constant source of comfort, love, and encouragement to everyone blessed to know her.

Her legacy of love, faith, and family will live on in the hearts of all who loved her. Patsy will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

In God’s arms, she rests; in our hearts, she lives on.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00AM-1:00PM on Friday, August 15, 2025 at the Chapel of Memories, 829 South Hancock Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
