I worked with Ron for many years. He was the kind of person that was on top of everything and went 100 MPH. He had a very strong work ethic, cared about people, and had a heart as big as a house. He was always the first one to jump in and help someone in need. He kept a positive attitude about everything even when he was sick. Knowing he is in heaven with no pain is such a relief but we will miss him greatly here on earth. 😢

Ron was a wonderful man who always made me feel welcome and included... He loved his children and his wife and was such a servant. I know we will meet him again, but it's such a great loss for us. Love you Dorinda....

It was a privilege a d hi or to work with Ron at BHC. He always had a smile and was a welcoming presence whenever I would travel to the the Castle Rock office. I could tell his employees loved him by the way they interacted. Best memory though was when I won a gift certificate for a massage from the Rotary Duck Derby and Ron called me all excited. I asked where the massage was from and he said “don’t worry, just come by the office and I will take care of you ...”. We had a good laugh but he assured me he wasn’t the one giving it. Rest is peace Ron and may all his friends and family find peace with the great memories he left behind.

I've only known Ron for a few years, meeting him at Back East Bar and Grill watching the Vikings football games. You always know when you have found a good buddy by the amount of grief you can give each other, and boy did we give each other grief. I never could convert him to like the Broncos but our shared love of the Vikings provided many laughs, and a bond with a special guy that I will not forget! My condolences to all of Ron's family, especially his wife, children and step children.
