Rosa Belle Sims, age 90 of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away February 26, 2018. Rosa was born in Columbia, South Carolina. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, the late Lucious and Rosa Pelzer; her late husband, James Sims; two daughters, Daisy Belle Sims and Doris (Pat Jean) Ward.
She leaves behind a daughter, Vivian Ravenell of Columbia, South Carolina; two sons, James Sims and Donald Sims, both of Colorado; a loving and devoted sister and brother-in-law, Bessie and Thomas Morant of Colorado Springs; 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews as well as friends.
