Rosella was always the most patient with me when I had to ask questions, when I started working with her in Progressive as an agent services representative.  No matter what the question she was always willing to be helpful and so kind in showing me ways that I could do things with our customers, mostly agents.  Rosella had the patience to deal with some of the strangest questions and still be the most smiling personality on our team.  She always was friendly and a willing to help attitude which made her a great friend and team mate.  She had been with the company about 5 years longer than I but that was never an issue if you needed anything you could ask Rosella.  I will miss her smile and friendship as she could always make things so simple when you thought they would be hard.  She was a great friend and an even better team mate.  She was always so busy but always had time to help if you needed it.  Rosella you will be missed by so many of your friends from work as we always had one of the best friends in you!  I will miss you and your smile!!

Rosella is missed beyond measure. My deepest condolences to her entire family. She loved her babies so much but they now have a special angel watching over all of them as she did with her beloved parents. Rest well dear lady. 

Rosella,  I had just met you  and even in that short time  I came to realize that I was glad our paths crossed and sad that I do not have more time to get to know you. You were so spunky and entertaining even as you became ill. I already knew you were special, but when I had to meet with the team to tell them of your passing, I saw the impact you had made on so many. Then listening today to your family speak of you with such love, I am certain  of how much your passing is the loss to those whom never had the chance to meet you. Your spirit and love will be carried on by those who had the pleasure of knowing you. Rest in Paradise in the arms of our Father sweet Rosella. I have a feeling that God giggled seeing you come through the pearly gates knowing you would provide him with plenty of laughter once you arrived! 
I am praying strength for all of those left behind mourning your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Padilla family.

I had the pleasure of working with Rosella at Progressive she has always been so helpful and upbeat, so sad to hear of her passing at such a young age she will be missed. My condolences to those she loved. Remeber her fondly.

I worked with Rosella for many years at Progressive Ins.  She was a very giving person as well as being direct and to the point which I loved.  She adored her family and loved sharing pictures of them especially of her grand nephews.  She will be missed.  Rosella,  Rest in peace. 

I had the privilege of working with Rosella at Progressive. After a very short training period, I joined Rosella's team. She patiently answered any questions I had, and we became fast friends. She was sweet, funny and feisty. I loved her perfectly pressed jeans and the spotless pickup truck she drove come rain or shine!


Rosella you are going to be sorely missed.  I’ll remember all our fun and tough times at work.  Our love of crafts, your love of George Straight, “you loved those pressed jeans”. Finally, between us I never could find your house, lol, I have no idea why, not even with GPS, Cathy and I still talk about our search for your house.  I know Skeeter is going to miss you terribly, but he is left with a very loving family.
My thoughts of you are always fun and I’ll remember you as a rebel and rascal, with a comeback for anything.  Love you, T

Death can never steal the memories or the love from the heart.  I was blessed to have Rosella as a co-worker and a  friend.  I will miss her very much. 

I have always enjoyed my chats with Rosella.  Whether it was about the Cowboys, or the additional calls that Agency was taking, it was always a great, thoughtful conversation; and she was always thinking of others first.

She had a great heart for her friends and co-workers and will truly be missed.

I am so saddened to hear that Rosella has passed. She was a lovely person and will be greatly missed. Many condolences to her friends and family.

I worked with Rosella at Checks and Progressive.  She was a great listener and always asked about my family. She talked about her "boys" to me everyday. She loved them so much. 
I'm going to miss our conversations and her stories about the boys' antics.... 

Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, so loved, so missed, so very dear. Thinking of the family and wishing moment’s of peace. May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten.

I feel blessed to have known and worked with Rosella.  She was real and genuine and so very thoughtful. She always made me laugh.  I loved seeing the pictures of her family, Skeeter, & her beautiful flowers. I missed our chats when I retired so she continued to stay in touch with texts and still making me smile. I will miss her!

Rosella was my best friend , I don’t know how I’ll get use to not talking to her every day, in one form or another.. well I’m still talking to her and I’m sure she is listening ... She loved her family with all her heart, you guys were her life.  I think now she is in the arms of her mom and dad and skeeter smiling a big smile.  We did talk about that a lot.  I will miss everything about her, we have lots of memories to cherish.  I will hold your family in my prayers , I know those kids have a part of Rosella in them that will carry her on. She will never be forgotten! I will miss her so much! 

I have EXCEPTIONAL  memories of Rosella and she was instrumental in strengthening  teamwork and comrade with her Progressive team.  She had SUPERB  balance between taking care of the customer and meeting the needs of Progressive.   It was a privilege to be on her team and I deeply miss her friendship.

Rosella for the short period of time that I got to know you, and virtual, at that.  Your banter, wit and humor was so uplifting..  I was out when I heard of your passing.
