Steven was born on April 2, 1943, in Mytilene, Greece and came to the United States in 1967, living in Australia and New Jersey before settling in Colorado in 1980.
He was one of the founders of Rocky Mountain Heliarc and Fabrication until his retirement in 1998.
Steven was a devoted husband, proud father to his two children and adored all three of his grandchildren.
Steven is survived by his wife Ann Scutti; his children Marie Anagnostou and George (Victoria) Anagnostou; former spouse Roslyn Anagnostou (mother of Marie and George); three grandchildren Taylor, Karsten and Sebastian; his two sisters Victoria Talbert and Eleni Parlapanides. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Maria Anagnostou.
Steven will be remembered for his love of golf, cooking, fine brandy and sense of humor.
At Steven’s request, his body will be donated to the Anatomy Gifts Registry for the advancement of science.
