Teddy "Ted" Rinebarger

Teddy “Ted” Rinebarger, age 82, of Monument CO, passed away on January 23rd, 2024. He was born on August 19th, 1941 to Jesse Rinebarger and Josephine Looney and had 3 siblings: Laura Jo Siegrist, John Long, and Bill Long. He received a bachelor's degree in journalism from Wichita State University and a master's in business from the University of North Dakota. He married Judy Ensrud on October 16th, 1965. Together they had Troy, Trent, and Jolie. He served in the US Air Force for 29 years, retiring as a brigadier general, followed by a second career with the YMCA/USO of the Pikes Peak region. Ted was a member of the Pikes Peak Round Table and organizations in the Tri-Lakes community. He enjoyed Nebraska football, KU basketball, golf, and had a strong faith in God. He is survived by his wife Judy, his sons Troy (LuAnn) and Trent (Tanya), daughter Jolie, grandchildren Trenay, Daylon, and Egan, and his brothers John (Karen) and Bill (Barbara). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the charity of your choice.

A graveside for Teddy will be held Friday, February 16, 2024 at 11:30 AM at Ft Logan National Cemetery, 4400 Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236.
