Teresa Teller

Teresa Velma Teller, 95 of Colorado Springs, CO passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026. Born February 7, 1931 to Martin and Rose Vacco. Teresa grew up with a deep love for her family and God. She married the love of her life, Richard Teller November 7, 1960. They had 47 wonderful years together. Teresa dedicated her life to being the heart of her family as a devoted homemaker. She was always positive, always there to listen or give a pep talk. Her faith never wavered no matter what the situation was. She loved to cook and anyone who would come to visit would always have to eat something she baked or cooked. She loved baking and happily sent dessert and food to her family every week. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She took immense pride in telling everyone about her daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren. There is nothing that she would not have done for anyone who needed her.

She is survived by her daughter, Gina Hancock (Steve), her grandchildren, Alexa Saxer(Eddie), Nicholas Hancock (Taylor)and her great grandchildren, Sylas, Aria, and Cooper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Teller, her parents, Martin and Rose Vacco, brothers Roscoe and Val Vacco and sister Gina Youker.

Teresa’s Celebration of Life will be held at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2650 Parish View, Colorado Springs, CO 80919, US, on July 30, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

A Committal Service will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910, US, on July 30, 2026, from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
