Thomas David Grassel was born on September 21, 1935 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the late Iqnatz and Wanda. His two sisters Patricia and Audrey preceded him in death. He passed away on Wednesday February 29, 2012. He married Elizabeth Schweier on January 16, 1960. Thomas is survived by his wife, Elizabeth and their three children, Tom A., Bob, Joey and grandson, Mark. Thomas served in the Air Force for ten years, 1955 to 1965. He was with the United States Post Office until his retirement in 1997. He is also survived by his uncle, Father Joe Grassl and two nephews, Jeffrey and Dennis Lesak. The family will receive visitors from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Swan Law Funeral Directors with the rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church.
