He was born on August 22, 1964 to Felix and Rosemarie Santiago.
Thomas was a construction worker.
Thomas is survived by his parents Felix and Rosemarie Santiago,
sisters Lillian and Felicita and a brother Enrique.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 am on August 15, 2013 at
Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Home.
