

He is survived by his children, Paulina Roe (husband Richard), Leila Elliff, and Tarja Rosencutter (husband Bryan), grandchildren, Kirstin Bullock and Aliisa Roe and great grandchildren.
Art immigrated to the United States in 1952 at the age of 16. He was introduced to his first wife, Impi, by a mutual friend in Brooklyn, NY, and they married in June of 1956. They moved to Fitchburg, MA and started their family. Art worked as a linotype operator at a Finnish newspaper. He moved his family to Colorado Springs, CO when he was offered a job at Gowdy Printcraft. He studied to become a Real Estate Agent and worked to open his own successful company, Able Realty. He was very proud of the cabin he built in Placer Valley near Breckenridge, CO. After Impi passed, he would winter in Morristown, AZ where he had many friends. He met his second wife Anna in 2006. They lived in Aurora, CO. He moved back to Colorado Springs in 2018.
Art enjoyed playing sports such as tennis, croquet and volleyball. He loved to ski. He was a soccer coach for SOCSY. Art loved to travel, taking many road trips across the country, traveled extensively internationally and took many cruises.
Art was special and generous to a fault. He made friends easily and never met a stranger. He loved a good pun. He was a great man and a wonderful father.
