April 25, 2018

My name is Jamie. I am the wife of one of Verne's grandson's, Jesse Slighter. Jesse and I are very saddened by the news. I was looking forward to meetings Mr Slighter one day, and was hoping that the dream would come true soon. Apparently God had bigger plans for Verne. We'll meet one day, I have Faith in, unfortunately now's not the time. Until then, I hope to here about the journey Verne did take while present in this world. I hope to here more from the family. Life's short and time flies. Family truly is everything and we all need each other. The family will be in my prayers. No words i could speak will ever express the pain and frustration, the sorrow and condolences I feel inside. We love you Verne!! From what I have heard of you Verne, your a HERO in my eyes. And you have a lovely family. Your grandson's my biggest inspiration , my true hero.
