

Bill was born on June 21, 1946 in Waupaun, Wisconsin to Lee and Irene (Konings) Mullica. In June of 1964 Bill graduated from Waupaun Senior High School and then attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison receiving his BS in Math and Physics in 1968. He was actively involved in NROTC Navy while attending college.
Bill entered the Navy on January 25, 1969 and received an honorable discharge February 1, 1972. During his Naval career, he attended Nuclear Power School in Bainbridge, MA and Windsor, CT. He was Weapons Officer and Engineer on submarines and final assignment on the USS Long Beach.
After his discharge from the Navy, Bill worked as a Nuclear Engineer, Real Estate Broker and then 1984 he began a career as a software engineer retiring in 2011.
He bought at Harley and made the “Run to the Wall” in 2012, in association with the “Combat Vets”.
Bill is survived by his wife Deborah; two sons Daniel W. and Peter R.; daughter Sarah E. and grandson Matthew J.; and sister Pam (Mullica) Pries and brother Tom Mullica.
A Memorial Service is planned for Friday, January 16, 2015, 6:00 p.m., Swan-Law Funeral Director’s.
