William Eugene Odneal(Gene) went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ peacefully at his home on January 7, 2016, he was 87. He leaves behind his wife, Melba of 65 years, his 4 daughters, 8 grandchildren and 7great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 1 brother.
Gene loved the Lord with all his heart, loved life and lived it to the fullest. He had been a Colorado Springs police officer, owned several pawn shops and owned Bowie's Gold and Diamonds Jewelry store when he retired. He also loved to hunt and camp, enjoyed gardening and working on his tractor! He was soft-spoken and loved people.
The memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 10:30 am at First Southern Baptist Church, 1409 Palmer Park Blvd, Colorado Springs 80909.
