Agnes Rose Benkovsky

Agnes Rose Benkovsky Age 91, of Moreno Valley, CA passed away at her daughter's home in Grand Terrace, CA on April 27,2017 with family at her side. She was born one of twelve children to Florian and Mary Bauer on July 19, 1925 in Northampton, PA. Agnes married Albert Benkovsky on May 17, 1947 in Kansas City, MO and began her twenty-five year career as a military wife, traveling all over the world and including stations in Japan, Spain, and Germany as well as several military bases in the Untied States. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Albert. Survivors include her sisters Elizabeth Roma of Allentown, PA, Helen Lance of Phillipsburg, NJ; her children Edith (Gregg) Nelsen and Albert Benkovsky Jr.; grandchildren, Natalie (Mark) Francisco, Laura (Ben) LaBelle, Andrew Benkovsky and great grandchildren, Tyler Francisco, Vivienne LaBelle, and Evangeline LaBelle.

Services will be held at Montecito Valley View Chapel in Colton on May 10, 2017 at 9 a.m. followed by interment at Riverside National Cemetery at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
