January 31, 2025, in Redlands California. Born May 17, 1940 in Ortonville, MN to Elry
and Dorothy (Otrey) Warren, the 2 nd of 5 children. She married the love of her life Willie
(Bill) Leighton September 23 rd , 1961 in San Bernardino, CA. She gave birth to two
Children, Nannette Jones (Leighton) and Gerald Leighton. After her sisters untimely
death in 1977, she raised her sisters three children, Eve Traill (Sproat), John Sproat and
Brian Sproat. She was a resident of Redlands from 1978 until her death. She was
preceded in death by her beloved Bill, parents Elry Warren and Dorothy Sproat, her
sisters Irene Sproat (Warrren) and Sandra Warren, as well as her brother Earl Warren.
She is survived by her five children, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren,
and one brother Charles Warren.
Services will be held Monday February 24 th at 11 am at Montecito Memorial Park and
Mortuary in Colton, CA.
