Andy Cortez, 65 years old of Apple Valley, California, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at his home. He was born on August 6, 1951, in Las Cruces, New Mexico to Manuela Cortez. He is survived by his life long companion, Esther Samaniego, children, Andy Cortez, Jr.(Grace Crispin), Antoinette Velez (Liz Walbert) and Monica Samaniego (Richard Moyeda). Also, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, sisters, Laura Cortez, Anna Marie Sandoval and is preceded in death by his sister Annette Cortez
Andy worked for Exide Company 27 years.
Service will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2017, 10 am - 2 pm, at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California.
Andy will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
