6, 1933 in Pinaveta, Arizona.
Angel grew up in San Bernardino, married, and raised a family over 70
years until he peacefully passed. His memories shared were of being
a bowling pin setter in his childhood and shining shoes for US Military GI's.
The Perez family would eventually move for more job opportunities in the
early 1940's, so the family would move North San Bernardino.
Angel met his childhood sweetheart Julia and was able to celebrate
70 years of marriage. Angel was employed as a Prop mechanic for
Norton Air force Base. In the early 1960's, the family
opened Angel's Place selling Mexican dishes and Malts in the
West Side of San Bernardino. Angel would end his career as a
Construction Laborer with Staff of Laborers Local 1184. Angel was proud
of his 50 years in the Local Union and was happy to share his
"Gold Card" Membership with everyone. Most memorable occasions
were mostly family gatherings, including Holidays, BBQ's, Anniversaries,
and Birthday Celebrations.
Angel is survived by his children: Frank (Betty), Virginia,
Eleanor (Henry),Esther (Raymond), and Angel Jr. (Leticia)
Brothers: Andres, Joe, and Chuco, and
brother-in-law Tony Zamora.
Angel was a beloved Grandfather to 14 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren,
and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by both his parents, Andres and Guadalupe
Moreno Perez, beloved wife Julia, and daughter Angie.
Brothers: Chuy, Mino, and Oscar. Sisters: Carmen, Lydia, and
Modesta.
